Who is Go Immobilier?
Go Immobilier was created on 1 September 2015. This young Walloon real estate agency, with a logo inspired by the initials of its founder, Olivier Gillart, symbolises a clear desire for progress, dynamism and success. The services offered include sales, rentals, rental management as well as acting as building management agents, both in Belgium and abroad. It has many properties on its books in France, Spain and even Dubai.
16 employees work for Go Immobilier at three branches: in Wavre, Namur and Charleroi (Chatelet). A 4th Go Immobilier agency will be opened in Brussels in the near future.

Which Belcenter products do you use today?
We opted for Belcenter’s full suite of solutions, the Pro & Voice pack: it includes both a business internet connection and a Cloud-based telephone service. I can safely say that we’re ultra-connected thanks to Belcenter. Needless to say, over time, I realised that we needed to move towards something else, particularly in terms of the company’s telephone service.
Was Belcenter up to the task?
Belcenter was very attentive to my needs and came up with solutions as quickly as possible. It must be said that we grew rapidly once we opened: the small initial organisation could make do with mobile phones, but we quickly realised that a more robust solution was needed. The Cloud telephony product is a comprehensive solution and is a perfect fit for the needs of our customers: answering machine, call forwarding.
What type of partner is Belcenter?
Nicolas Breuer and his team thoroughly convinced us with their range of solutions perfectly suited to our needs. We have all very quickly got used to what I see as a certain peace of mind. Human contact has become a priority for us. With Belcenter, contact is direct and does not mean a maze of menus before obtaining a solution. For me, this is yet another key aspect. Today, I don’t know what we’d do without them. The quality is tops!
Business first
Optimal connectivity, solid growth: a 4th Go Immobilier branch will be opened in Brussels in the near future and the boss has very big ambitions: “A new project is going to get a lot of attention soon”, promises Olivier Gillart with a smile on his face.
