Can I use Belcenter Mobile anywhere in the world?
Yes, anywhere in the world (including roaming).
- In the European Union, the user has their mobile data plan as in Belgium. This includes all European Union countries, as well as Great Britain, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Iceland.
- Outside the European Economic Area, please turn off mobile data. You can still receive calls and SMS on your smartphone (Android, iPhone), and you can also call from your Flow application over Wi-Fi anywhere in the world (Cloud Telephony), with savings in mind. It works seamlessly and without limitations.
Good to know: Switzerland is not part of the EU or the European Economic Area. So, your data plan is not currently valid there. Please switch to Wi-Fi or consider getting a local eSIM if your stay is prolonged.
What mobile network does Belcenter Mobile use?
Belcenter has chosen Proximus’ Premium mobile network. This is the most powerful network with the widest coverage (2G, 4G, 5G).
Outside Belgium, the subscriber benefits from roaming agreements with other 4G and 5G Premium networks.
What’s the benefit of 5G for my business?
